NOVA FILM Paint Protection Film (PPF) utilizes advanced material technology and precise manufacturing processes, specifically designed to provide exceptional protection for your vehicle’s paint. Our unique multi-layer composite structure combines high-performance thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with an anti-scratch coating, effectively shielding your car from gravel, scratches, and other environmental hazards encountered during daily driving.
In addition, NOVA FILM’s PPF incorporates our latest Anti-Yellowing Technology (AYT), ensuring that the film remains clear and glossy even after prolonged exposure to sunlight, preventing the common issue of yellowing. The Self-Healing Technology within the film allows minor scratches to self-repair within a short period, keeping your vehicle looking pristine.
NOVA FILM’s PPF products undergo rigorous testing and validation, offering superior durability and lasting optical clarity. This perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality makes it the ideal choice for protecting your vehicle’s paint.
Utilizing a modified matte resin process, we achieve a matte effect through chemical light extinction principles. The matte texture produced by this technology far surpasses that of ordinary products.
The modified matte resin process synthesizes emulsion particles of varying diameters, resulting in a wide particle size distribution emulsion. This achieves light extinction through a chemical process also known as microscopic phase separation technology.

Conventional products use a light extinction dispersion process, achieving an extinction effect by adding large amounts of inorganic matting agents (such as silicon dioxide and other inorganic substances).
The roughness produced by microscopic phase separation technology allows for higher light transmission without covering the base color, preventing whitening (matte gloss <15 GU). PPF produced with this technology has a fine, uniform texture.
Due to the addition of matting powder, ordinary physical light extinction technology reduces light transmission and covers the base color, resulting in impure colors and a whitish appearance (matte gloss >20 GU). These products also have a rough, uneven texture.
While providing excellent matte effects, NOVA’s Matte PPF products also feature a self-healing, thickened nano-coating layer with hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, ensuring constant cleanliness.
